SONJA & GREG'S HEALING

I am one of those women blessed by a very unexpected and miraculous pregnancy in my early 40’s! It was a rather tricky pregnancy, and my body did not recover as quickly form the birth as I would have liked. To add to the tumultuous state of my hormone fluctuations I went into menopause shortly after giving birth. My biggest challenge apart from severe pain during my menstrual cycle and very heavy flows was my intense mood swings. Literally feeling like a ticking time bomb. This created a lot of unnecessary stress not only for me, but also for

We reached out to Craig from Balanced by Mary Jane some time ago for our dogs and our boy that used to suffer from very fussy eating habits and violent tantrums, in one of these conversations I spoke to Craig about my struggle with menopause and the inhibitive cost of the supplement I was on as well as Greg’s chronic insomnia and high levels of anxiety. Greg can fall asleep quite easily however any time from 1:30 am he is up and cannot sleep again. This of course interrupts my sleeping as well. Craig prepared a terpene blend for each of us as well as a CBD/terpene blend specific to our needs. Within a week, Greg’s sleeping pattern improved to the extent where even if he woke up, he could fall back into a deep sleep, within 2 weeks he started having nights where he only wakes up once briefly. His anxiety levels have decreased significantly, and his nightmares have abated. There are now nights where he literally sleeps through, waking up relaxed and ready for the day. At this juncture I have by now completely stopped using the other supplement. I can go through my days and weeks on an even keel and my periods have become shorter with little to no pain associated with it.
