I have struggled with rash prone skin from the age of 12, enduring irritating, itchy rashes on certain sections of skin on my body. Prior to 2020, my eczema rashes were typically quite small in size and would dissipate after a short period of time (generally after the use of cortisone creams). Once 2020 arrived, however, my rashes began exacerbating into excessive flare ups all over my upper body (face, neck, shoulders, back, hips, stomach, arms, hands and in between my fingers). These rashes were severely itchy, and sensitive, causing extreme discomfort and anxiety, not to mention the huge knock it took to my self-esteem.

In an attempt to heal these rashes, my immune system went into over-drive for a prolonged period of time. This in return had a drastic impact on my energy levels and overall sense of vitality.
