No returns or exchanges will be accepted of items that have been altered, damaged or changed in any way, shape or form. Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted in the same condition as delivered and in its original packaging with lables. We must be notified of any concerns, returns or exchange request within 2 (two) business working days of receiving your order.
Please note that all our deliveries are a charged at a Standard Flat Rate of R 150.00 Packaging and Courier/Delivery Fee. Note a minimum of 2-3 day delivery time estimate subject to ESKOM’s loadshedding schedules in our Geo-location and a stable internet connection which facilitates our contact with the various Courier companies.
